Announcing that Marcus Jackson from Melbourne will be having a show at the New Lynn RSA on Sunday 24th February starting at 6pm. Tickets on sale at RSA or book through Jackie 8174892 or 0274901126 cost only $15. If you have not yet seen Marcus then you have missed one of the most energetic Elvis ETAs around. The RSA will have their Restaurant open for us and a special Buffet will be available form 4.30pm at a cost of $20pp. Please let me know if you will be eating as the Caterer would like an idea of numbers coming. Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
