We need this park to get fresh air, sunshine and exercise for the health and wellbeing of all. It would also be great to create a community garden in one corner so neighbours can get together for companionship and growing healthy food. I look forward to your feedback.
Washing machine + dryer $150 the washing machine is a frontload washer its 3 years old the dryer is older around 5 years old. Both are in good working order.

Proposed Revocation of Reserve at: 24R Linwood Avenue, Forrest Hill (part only)
Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, Auckland Council hereby notifies its intention to revoke the reservation of the recreation reserve over a portion of the land described in the schedule to this notice, situated at 24R Linwood Avenue, Forrest Hill. The portion of the reserve is surplus to Council's requirements as it is not required for Council's current or future service. It is proposed that the portion of land may be sold to an adjoining owner.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed revocation of reserve land may do so in writing and addressed to the Chief Executive, Auckland Council, Private Bag 92300, Auckland 1142, Attention: Perwez Abdullah no later than 5pm on 31 March 2021.
