Edge cliff/clifftop property—reinstatement and restoration solution

Lian from Kelston

I am pleased to of assistance to restore slopes that had regressed beyond an acceptable situation for dwellings if there is interest.
A solution to restore is to have edge restraints to the exposed cliff slope or to provide support for the undermined foundation. The concept is provided in the link and photographs attached.

It would be my pleasure to provide advice.
Looking forward to rescuing properties and stop critical cliffs from further regression.
Regards,
Oh

Poll: Should you ask before planting tall shrubs/trees near your property line?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

It may be fine now but in a few years trees can block out light or views for neighbours.

Do you think neighbours should ask before they go ahead and plant these?
