School Holiday help needed

General Manager from Mairangi Arts Centre

Kind, caring volunteers needed to assist in caring for children aged 5-12 during lunch break. This role entails sitting with the children, having a chat while they eat and handing out some creative activities to do for those who are fast eaters! Afterwards, weather permitting, volunteers take the children to the field adjacent to Mairangi Arts Centre and keep an eye on them while they burn off some energy.

Requirements:
Reliable, enjoy being around children, kind, caring. No Police record.

Date periods : 3-7 July and 10-13 July

Time Commitment
Shifts start at 11.30am for approximately two hours. If you can only help one day that's fine, any assistance is appreciated.

Complimentary Milo, cookie and sandwich provided on the day for those that can assist us.

Please contact Christine at christine@mairangiarts.co.nz if you are keen to help or have any questions.
