All I can tell you is it was kept in storage so not used it is not seized turns over seems in good order
It was given to me as payment for work I had done was informed could not pay so gave me the outboard I DONT want it and know nothing about them so took it to action sports Rosedale for advice, they checked it is not seized so good, no fuel or time to try . So do not know if it runs so should you be at all keen more than welcome to have a look see. If any good make an offer or just walk away..
