Are you having a baby soon?

The Team from Counties Manukau Health

If you or someone in your whaanau is due to give birth soon, we would like to reassure you that our Middlemore hospital birthing and assessment unit and maternity wards, and our birthing units in Botany Downs, Papakura and Pukekohe are open and operating as normal.

We have ways to keep you and baby safe as part of our planning for COVID-19 and there are things you can also do to support us: www.countiesmanukau.health.nz...

We look forward to seeing you when you are ready to give birth and if you have any questions or concerns, the best person to talk to is your midwife.

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Whether it’s a courgette takeover or a feijoa frenzy, don’t let those garden gems go to waste!

Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
