Recipe for stuffed roasted butternut squash (delicious!)
I wanted to share an absolutely delicious recipe for roasted butternut squash, which we have been having a lot of during winter because our summer garden was very productive with butternut pumpkins. It is vegetarian and very easy to make. Butternuts are plentiful at supermarkets at this time of the year. Here's the link:
