For the first course, our Advanced students prepared Grilled hapuka with rosemary, capers and olives. Chicken ballontine with corn and baked cherry tomato, potato rösti and creamy broad beans for the main course and Plum trifle with Parfait au Armagnac to finish.

This semester we will be offering a hybrid learning model. You can choose either of the following options OR both!
• Face to face learning in a classroom with a teacher and a small number of students (maximum 10 students) on campus.
• Online learning is a live stream of the on-campus class with an extra online support teacher.
• Or you can try both – one week online, another week face to face – Best of both worlds!

It remained like this for quite a while until somebody decided to repair it and at the same time build a pedestrian bridge over the creek much to the delight of … View moreWhen I moved to Flatbush over a year ago, I was introduced to a large trench or ditch at the bottom of the hill by the Nikau school. It remained like this for quite a while until somebody decided to repair it and at the same time build a pedestrian bridge over the creek much to the delight of everyone who use this road. Since the road and walkway were repaired a few months ago a new ditch or trench has opened up close to the walkway. I for one will not drive my vehicle over this preferring to drive on the opposite side of the road. What will it take before somebody or someone decides to do something about it. Does anyone know if this problem has been reported to transport or whoever is responsible for maintaining our roads. The sooner the better I reckon...
