Self promotion

Mayur from Howick

Hey everyone,

You might have read my posts earlier asking questions, buying/selling stuff etc etc. Today it will be different. I will try to shamelessly sell myself.

I am a professional web developer with 17 years of experience and starting out with self employment with my fried Paula Wilson who is from Waikato and a well established writer and writes for blogs, websites etc., in short all types of web content. I currently work full time for Serato, the only homegrown kiwi company with a global presence in music industry. I founded Rushlane.com, a successful startup in the automotive industry.

I can develop any type of web based systems i.e. brochure website, e-commerce solution, systems to automate your business processes like lead management, automated emails, invoice processing etc (very effective for tradies and service based businesses). I mean think web or mobile apps and I am pretty confident that I will be able to do it. I have good knowledge of online and social media marketing and happy to provide maintenance services too.

You will talk to a real person who is based here locally and will be doing all your work, not with a contractor who hires offshore staff to cut costs. I will provide fixed quote for a fixed scope of work. No job too big or too small.

I can provide references from kiwi companies, one of which is a leader in their domain and you might have already heard of them. I manage their business systems and online marketing.

Please feel free to connect or refer us to your friends. Our website butsnbytes.co.nz is still under development but you can always text or call me on 02108065533.

Thanks for reading my long shameless self promotion post.

Poll: If we want to reduce speeding, what do you think actually changes driver behaviour? 🛻🚨🚓

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In the Post's article on speeding penalties, the question is asked whether speeding fines are truly about road safety, or are they just a way to boost revenue for the Crown?

What do you think? Should speeding motorists receive speeding fines or demerit points?

Scam Alert: Bank cold calls

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.

🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.

Remember, banks will:
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.

If you have received a phone call and think your account has been compromised, call ASB on 0800 ASB FRAUD (0800 272 372), or visit your local branch.
