The Space Between: A conversation with astrophysicist Dr Michelle Thaller

Stardome Observatory & Planetarium from Stardome Observatory & Planetarium

The Space Between: A Breath and the Stars
with Dr Michelle Thaller.

We warmly invite you to join us at Stardome for a conversation with Dr Michelle Thaller, former Associate Director for Science Communication at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, about the unlikely connection between the atoms of a breath and the nature of stars.

In the first of a new series, The Space Between is a kōrero with experts and hosted inside the planetarium. We aim to explore the curious connections between ourselves and the cosmos – from the inside of a star or the amino acids of Bennu, who knows where in the universe these fascinating talks may take us!

This event is proudly supported by the New Zealand International Science Festival and the United States Consulate General in Auckland.

Book now: www.stardome.org.nz...
Stardome Observatory and Planetarium is located at 670 Manukau Rd, One Tree Hill Domain, Epsom.
