CORNWALL PARK- 3 min walk with animals, cafes, lots of gardens/flowers- famous for the walks thru daffodils, wisteria & cherry trees.
ROOM DETAILS: You would have most of the ground floor- separate from living areas & other bedrooms - which has large bedroom with big wardrobe and large TV on the wall -desk and chair, tallboy, 2 bedside units, and bookcase. There is a toilet & basin with mirror/cabinet. The King bed splits into 2x King Singles if wish.
It opens out onto a small deck to garden & outdoor table.
The garage, with laundry sink, is also on that ground floor.
You would have your own full bathroom (seperate bath and shower) upstairs, unless an occasional guest shares.
NOTE: PHOTOS- I have only just moved in- so the lounge still has boxes and packing stuff in it. . All photos are my furniture, except for the last 3.
Flatting for grown ups . . . owner is looking for a flatmate.

No smokers/pets- though we may have to babysit a small fluffy dog on occasion.
