Programme with Swami Uma Puri
We are delighted to host Swami Uma Puri, a long time teacher of Yoga in Daily Life, in New Zealand. Swami Uma Puri comes from Europe. As a disciple of Paramhansa Swami Maheshwarananda, in 20213 she was initiated as a monk a took sannyas diksha.
Her programme includes classes for Healthy back & spine, Healthy joints and Satsangs (evening talk). Everyone is the most welcome.
