A reminder to all to check your receipts. This morning I was overcharged on a bottle of wine on special at $15. My till receipt showed $18.99 which is the ordinary price.I dealt with 3 staff members and in the end I had to go and take the pics attached to get a refund. Unbelievably, a friend was also overcharged earlier this morning but on a different bottle of wine. Last week I was overcharged at Countdown Meadowbank. Get your act together Countdown! This is appalling customer service.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
