Developers moving in next door
Does anyone have experience with developers putting in high density housing next door? I have just found out that there will be 5-6 new houses going in next door and this is going to severely impact me. We will be living I a fish bowl! Not to mention it will block out all the sun in the mornings and my view will be tricky tacky boxes instead of big sky! π‘π’
What can I do?? What are my rights or at least what are the rules around how high they are allowed to go? Hereβs my view now from my lounge room. Soon it will be a wall of houses with people looking into my house!
Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
