Supporting relaxation and daily balance
In these changing times, we encounter extra worries and stress. I would like to whole-heartedly acknowledge all those who work under a lot of stress, strain and are doing long hours to keep our health system and industries moving. My hubby is one such dedicated person. He cycles when he can and listens to music and enjoys sport. I am an art tutor, meditator, Granny and other stuff, I have so enjoyed seeing self-discovery in action when others paint. Recently I have been learning how to create an Art experience where participants can relax and destress, a self-focus time. Would you be interested in spending time creating something that is personal, in a relaxed environment?
