I really wanna say Thank You from the bottom of my heart for all the support from the caring people, that I’ve received after the house-fire in 20 Somerville Road, in which I was a tenant/flatmate.
A huge Thank You to Garry Thompson & his family, for putting me up in their lovely home, for a couple of days, helped me out with clothing, towels & bags, and also washed & dried my fire-smelling clothes.
Thanks so much to my handful of friends who were trying to find me permanent accommodation, and a huge Thank You to one particular person, who sourced & found me my permanent accommodation. You’re a very special Angel that was sent, and you know who you are. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
A special Thank You to the Salvation Army in Howick, who was a tremendous help, and a huge Thank You to Steve from the Salvation Army Shop in Howick, who moved mountains to be able to store my bed, until I moved into permanent accommodation.
Also, many thanks to WINZ Highland Park, who helped me out with temporary accommodation.
If there’s anyone who I forgot to mention, many many Thanks to you too.
Cheers & Goodnight to everyone!

When a fire tore through the house that Mornay Delport called home, he managed to escape with his pet cockatiel, but little else.
He's now faced with sleeping in his car if he can't find a room to rent before his emergency accommodation runs out.
