In my investment property my poor tenants got burglar (some one break in) via same entry window three time in last one month in manurewa. Couple of time last week ,I had repaired the window, but the tenants are very worried about the safety. Never happen in last 5 years since I bought the property.
Need advise or suggest what will the best lock or safety to install in timber window. What to do in case someone been in same scenario.
