Join us for a 3 hour relaxation Art time, where we begin with relaxation breathing and soft music, then going through written steps you can explore your personal strengths and express this into a visual form. The steps provided will help this process, no painting or art experience needed. This is about helping to destress, focussing on you, so you can take away a personal creative experience, any creativity is very beneficial for everyday balance.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
