Hi everyone. I have a furnished room spare at my place available for a guest or flatmate in my quiet home. My home has fab facilities, new kitchen and bathroom, comfy living area and private garden, close to the Marina and ferry to Auckland, close to good walks or exercise and to shops and public transport.
