Have you heard the news? Auckland will remain in level 3, while the rest of the country will remain at level 2 until midnight Wednesday, August 26 – an additional 12 days.

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said the approach is “short, but precautionary”. Extending the restrictions for an additional 12 days is the same length of the virus’ incubation period, director-general of health Dr Ashley Bloomfield said.

Sure, no one likes a snitch but for God's sake, these selfish idiots are putting our whole way of life at risk for the sake of their own pleasure. It's unbelievable.
I personally wouldn't shed a tear if the NZDF turned up and started cuffing these people with zip ties before carting them away to holding facilities for forced testing. Desperate times often call for desperate measures and this callous disregard for the welfare of fellow Kiwi's is making my skin crawl.
