OUR PROCESS
• We start by soft washing the surfaces to remove all debris and contamination.
• We then apply our Protective Acrylic Coating. Using strong and eco friendly detergents it starts breaking down and removing any extra stubborn contamination left on the surface.
• During this process the protective Acrylic coating is chemically bonding to the surface to protect against further contaminants from the harsh environment. This coating acts as a barrier which stops new contamination from sticking and baking onto the surface. This allows any contamination that settles to be easily washed off by rain water or a good hose down.
• Our Engineered Acrylic Coating also protects against paint and surface damage caused by the harsh UV rays, acids in bird droppings & harmful chemicals transported during bad weather such as storms or heavy winds & rain.

If you would like to know more please contact me for a free, no obligation quote and check our Facebook page for the many posts with videos showing us in action, including before and after photos of our work so you can see our amazing property transformations in action.

The people who live in Ryman villages remain true to themselves, whether that’s continuing with their passion, making the most of every minute, challenging themselves to learn something new, or surrounding themselves with people who like to have fun.
As Lynette, a resident at Edmund Hilary village, says “A lot of people still believe that you're going to a rest home. They don't know the concept of a retirement village. You go there, it's beautiful. You've got facilities. You've got activities. And you don't stop living.”
Retirement is a chapter of life that’s filled with possibility. Choose the lifestyle you want to live and proudly embrace every opportunity. It’s what Ryman residents do.

Hi there,
Does anyone know who has a large white and grey cat with a distinct grey stripped tail? Around the Great South Road, Maxwell Ave, Seymour Ave, Motatau Road area of Hunter’s Corner? I suspect he’s the male who’s impregnated a couple of strays around here. He’s also attacked my cats, one quite badly last week. I haven’t been able to get any photos, as he moves fast. Please send me a message if he’s your cat or you know where he lives. As he seems unneutered, I can help get him fixed.
Thank you.
