2 bedrooms available downstairs. One can be used as living area, full use of upstairs kitchen. $305 single person, $410 for couple. Someone who works full time. Bills split between everyone who's living in the house. House is occupied upstairs by single lady. Social but not into parties every night. East Auckland. Very close to Pakuranga Shopping Centre.

The room with the bed is the 2nd room available but will not have any bed in it. They are really big rooms.
