Dance Yourself Happy - exercise in disguise

Dance Yourself Happy is a great way to exercise. As well as being fun, our sessions have many positive health benefits including having a tremendous impact on your overall flexibility, strength, endurance level, and emotional well-being.
We had a full house at last night's penultimate (second to last) session for 2020.
