I was lucky to get the opportunity to study with Awanuiārangi at Papatūānuku Kōkiri Marae. It was the best thing that could have happened, a game-changer. I had a great teacher. Learning at the marae was very special – it got me into Te Ao Māori quickly applying our learning straight away.
I don’t know where I would be without this te reo journey. It was an incredible experience that has changed my life.

I'm wondering if anyone has a tool that can locate where the leak in the pipe is? I have dug a hole where watercare indicated it was and can see where the water is coming out of. But need to accurately locate where the problem is in the pipe to fix it.

One very important reason of swapping decision in between is that the situation in my place is quite special, very different from other property renting scenarios - as a never married single male, having been independently developing my own Tech business and its products under the same roof, trying to keep it secret, private to others, including my flatmates when they flatted in my place before, all these make my place quite special. I do like to rent out the available empty rooms, but it is difficult for me to find suitable flatmates who can fit under this special situation. As said many times before, developing my own Tech business and its products is more important to me than renting out the empty rooms, so if I couldn't find the suitable flatmates, I would have to sacrifice to lose the rental income. As a single never married male, I don't want to have flatmates who're couple or a family, while I prefer to have individual single male flatmates, and this has been the best renting mode for me in the past. However, all these single male flatmates were so curious to know about my Tech business and its product development, while I just didn't want to let them know any. This problem has been between us when these single male flatmates lived in my place before.
So theoretically, the best solution is to fortunately have the single male flatmates who're in the very similar situation as mine - the single independent Tech startup entrepreneur, and who're looking for a place to stay, an office to work on the development of their own Tech business and products. I have already prepared for this kind of arrangement a few years ago - apart from the WiFi Internet connection, each bedroom having the faster wired Internet connection (unlimited Business Fibre broadband Internet 900/450Mbps), each bedroom having the Freeview TV channels connector, a good place for living and developing Tech business and products.
For better privacy and security when doing online research activities, recently I further enhanced the VPN system I configured, setup before, increasing its Internet connection speed for a few times, and still hosted it in the VM (virtual machine) of mine being deployed to the remote public Cloud Computing platform. Every flatmate living in my place can share this VPN system connection. Online research privacy and security has always been my concern and I believe it is the concern for almost all the Tech business developers.
If there is any single male in the very similar situation as mine, looking for a place to stay and develop their own Tech business, wanting their online research activities to be private and secure, with a very similar mindset and mentality, please let me know. Thank you very much.
I'm sorry if this message makes some people uncomfortable. The "VPN + single male Tech entrepreneur flatmates" is solution I just think of to resolve the issue of how to rent out those available empty rooms and to have the right flatmates fitting the situation in my place)
(update - due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, I'd like to make a good decision now, i.e. I'm going to stay in my own place by myself alone for the next few years until the Covid-19 pandemic goes to an end, taking this as a good opportunity to continuously concentrate on developing my own Tech business and its products. Please ignore this property renting advertisement of mine. Thank you very much for your time and attention, and sorry for disappointing those who have been interested with my property)
******************** Covid-19 restriction rules applied ********************
(update - the early March 2022 new CV of my property increased 50+% (while it should increase a lot more), the rental of my property will increase 15+% for the newly moving in flatmates)
Looking for flatmates, please check the details from below websites.
