CAB Volunteers fundraising for Sweet Louise!
๐ October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. ๐
CAB volunteers at Pakuranga and Botany are fundraising for Sweet Louise.
Sweet Louise is a charity that offers practical and emotional support for men and women living with incurable breast cancer.
October is a time to reflect on those we love and those impacted by breast cancer. Itโs also a chance to bring hope, care, and support to those who need it most. ๐ธ
Thank you for standing with us and helping us raise awareness of metastatic breast cancer this Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Together, we bring light, care, and hope.

We want to know: How are you handling the "coffee math" in 2026? Are you still heading to your local for a chat and a caffeine fix, or has the cost of living changed your habits?

Whether itโs a courgette takeover or a feijoa frenzy, donโt let those garden gems go to waste!
Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? ๐ซ
