Dance Yourself Happy is an unstructured freestyle dance session. People of all age groups come along for the same reason - to move their bodies to uplifting music and to enhance their fitness and well-being.
Music guru Mari Pettersson, works her mojo to put-together an eclectic playlist of the best 70s-to-now dance music.
We guarantee you'll leave every Dance Yourself Happy session feeling gloriously exhilarated.
When: Thursday's 7pm -8pm
