Dance Yourself Happy

Lindsay Upton from Manukau East Council of Social Services (MECOSS)

It's our mission to give everyone in the Manukau East community, an opportunity to boost their well-being by getting their body moving at Dance Yourself Happy. If you're not into exercise, think about this as a social hobby or treat. Our DJ Mari Pettersson, will spin tunes between 8:00pm - 9:00pm in the All Saints' Community Centre, 30 Cook Street, Howick. You'll have fun dancing (no partner required), in the dark to electronic tunes from the 70s to now. See you there. By the way, entry is FREE.
