Virtual CrossFit Kids classes!
Hello all :)
Opening up our virtual CrossFit Kids classes to the community during lockdown!
In an effort to help some parents out during this lockdown we've been running a weekly CrossFit Kids class via Zoom for members. We've decided to open this up to the whole community as we're sure there's lots of kiddos who need some more social interaction and physical activity!
We focus on fun, functional movements that teach them an awareness of how to move well and will hopefully tire them out a bit. Class is every Thursday at 3:20pm, and there are 2 coaches overseeing technique and logistics.
The cost for this is $10 per class. If you're interested in your child joining our virtual CrossFit Kids class please message/text/call me for log-in and payment details! Emma's Mobile: 021-060-9833

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
