Opened in 2009, CrossFit Birkenhead is the North Shore's first CrossFit gym. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
Every class is coached by an industry professional to maintain proper technique.
We offer CrossFit, CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Teens classes, and personal training. We have an in-house nutrition coach, sports massage therapist, and an ACC accredited physiotherapist.
