Move with Ease - Movement and Yoga Course at Fort Takapuna
Hello all,
I hope you are very well! I wanted to share a 5-week movement and yoga course I am running starting 24th February with you all. The title is 'Move with Ease' and will be focused around exploring different ways of moving and getting to know your body. I teach a contemporary approach to yoga which is quite a different style to most yoga classes and someone once said to me that I teach yoga for people who 'don't like yoga' - mainly that there is no goal to get into a certain position, you do not need to be 'flexible' (I promise!) and there is no right or wrong way to move in these classes, it's about how YOU feel in YOUR body.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
