Saturday Meditation Introductory

Dates: May 28, 9:00am – 12:00 noon

Tranquil mind, peaceful heart – embarking on the journey of awakening….a three hour introductory w/shop

Topics include:
* 7 secrets of meditation – learning the essentials.
* Exploring the wide canvas of differing techniques, with an emphasis on practice and guided meditations.
* Music, mantras, sacred chants – the power of sound in cultivating silence.
* The Four Pillars of Yoga: An introduction to the main spiritual paths. Exploring meditation through jnana, karma, hatha and bhakti practices, with guided meditations.

Venue: 93 Dominion Rd in Mt Eden. The venue entrance is just along from the Target furniture front door, on the corner with Tawari Street.

Admission is free for all the classes and workshops, however please pre-register using the form below or texting your registration/further inquiries to Jogyata 022 188 7432.
