Family awarded $5k after living in rat infested rental
Kia ora neighbours, a West Auckland family have been awarded $5000 by the Tenancy Tribunal after living in a rental property which had two “distressing and frightening” rat infestations.

My name is Katya Narkulova. I am a swimming instructor with 2 years experience and I have my level 3 teaching in Aquatics qualification. I have been involved in competitive swimming, water polo and synchronised swimming from age of 8. I am passionate about teaching people to have confidence in the water and to improve their swimming ability, either socially or praperation for competition.
