Dumped kittens
Its later this year (probably due to Covid) but we are having unwanted kittens dumped on our farms in Glasnevin again. Hey people, do you realize these poor little animals suffer horrible deaths especially now its getting so cold at night. Couldn't you possibly take them to Cats Protection League??? We try to catch those that are past hope and feed, the tame ones till we can get them to a vet. We breed pedigree cats and again have to deal the problem of these poor sick unwanted kittens spreading viruses to our cats. We wonder what goes on in the heads of people who either wont desex their house moggies or cant be bothered correctly disposing of resultant kittens. Shame on you.!!

Poll: Would you take a 1.5-hour hike for a shop? 🌿🐦
Canterbury, you have a hidden treasure right on your doorstep ... though it does come with a 1.5-hour walk up the stunning Rakaia Gorge Walkway.
Along the trail you’ll find The Fantail Shop showcasing small artworks by local artisans. Even better, every purchase supports the Fantail Trust, helping protect and restore biodiversity on the north bank of the gorge.
So we’re curious: would you take a 1.5-hour hike for a shop? (And for local biodiversity, of course 🌿)
-
32.2% Yes!
-
67.8% No thank you.
