Temu experience
My wife purchased some clothing from Temu last year. Wrong size and not what she ordered.
Got a refund and they did not want the goods returned, so gave them to St. John.
Late last year she also received two parcels of clothing that she didn’t order for which her bank card was debited $300. Temu wanted the goods back to facilitate a refund. This was no easy task requiring considerable interaction, initially with generic replies probably written using artificial intelligence.
We will not trade with Temu again. Buyer beware. Have a look at the number of negative comments.
