My Microdermabrasion crystals are my go to once a week.

Add the Microdermabrasion crystals to your own lotions, creams/cleansers etc and you will create your own microdermabrasion treatment. Use your hands to rub the cream into your face, pushing the crystals against your skin so that they grab and remove the dead cells of the stratum corneum (top layer of skin). Rinse then moisturise.
