The Group promotes the social, physical, environmental and cultural well-being of the residents of the wider Te Kowhai community and also promotes amenity values for the enjoyment of residents and visitors to the Te Kowhai area. The Community Group fosters relationships with local and central government and non-government agencies to achieve the objectives of the Group.
