Our support groups are located across Auckland with 11 gearing up for 2018. If you are needing some support, a chat or know someone who might, contact a coordinator and come along.
Head along to Countdown Mangere East tomorrow and Thursday and learn more about diabetes from Susan and Sandy. There will also be free diabetes tests if you are needing one.
