The Auckland Women’s Centre is a community house for women. We provide a friendly meeting place for all women and offer a range of courses and services provided by women in a women-only environment.

Our services and courses serve the community in ways which respect and empower women. They are for women of all ethnicities, incomes, sexual orientation or ability.

We have a great women’s library that you can join, courses, workshops and support groups you can attend and a range of low cost services. You can also support us by becoming a member of the Centre itself, enabling us to be more self-sufficient and providing you with voting rights and a regular newsletter of our interests and activities.

We are a highly successful feminist organisation and a registered charitable entity having been part of the Auckland community since 1975. We are committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and open and responsive to today’s challenges
