In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management of the Child Care operations on a … View moreWe have an opportunity for an experienced and passionate individual to lead our enthusiastic and energetic team of Early Childhood professionals at Birkdale Kauri Kids or Papatoetoe Kauri Kids.
In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management of the Child Care operations on a day-to-day basis ensuring that a high standard of customer service is provided by all staff members.
Your strong customer focus and demonstrated communication skills, combined with your ability to be an influential part of a creative, fun environment committed to quality learning outcomes where children can develop as capable, confident learners is key.
Successful candidates will hold a minimum qualification of Diploma in Teaching (ECE) and a minimum of 3 years work experience in an Early Childhood environment, as well as 2 years staff supervision experience. A current teachers registration and first aid certificate is also required.

This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
