Age Concern Hawke’s Bay provides supports, advocacy and health and wellbeing activities for our older community. We work with our community partners to reduce social isolation and the impact of elder abuse, alongside providing opportunities for companionship, education, and empowering individuals and whānau to live safe and well in our community.
