Priced to sell: Range of different Weights

Markus from Green Bay

As you get older you loose muscle mass, and the best way to prevent becoming frail is to use weights regularily. Don’t over-do it and start with 10 kg weights, it is all about consistency and endurance, so weights designed to add resistance to exercises like walking or running help strengthen and tone legs and prevent injury from doing too much.

• 2x Green Vinyl Dipped Dumbbell 1 kg, $10 each or $15 for both

• 2x York Fitness wearable wrist weights blue 500 g, $10 each or $15 for both

• 2x York Fitness wearable wrist weights red 750 g, $10 each or $15 for both

Or all together for $35

Pickup in Green Bay (we live opposite Green Bay High School), or if you are outside Auckland then maybe a friend of yours in Auckland can do the pickup. P.S. I have some more weights to sell, just need to take pictures tomorrow

Price: $10

Poll: Are you still heading to your local for your caffeine fix, or has the $$ changed your habits? ☕

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Auckland has a thriving cafe culture, but with costs climbing, that culture is under pressure. We’ve seen the headlines about recent closures across the country, and it’s a tough pill to swallow along with a $6+ coffee.

We all want our favourite spots to stay open, but we also have to balance our own budgets ⚖️

We want to know: How are you handling the "coffee math" in 2026? Are you still heading to your local for a chat and a caffeine fix, or has the cost of living changed your habits?

Keen to read more about "coffee math"? The Post has you covered.
