Voices in the Wind free end of year concert Wed 3 December

Eric from Whitby

As 2025 draws to a close, We want to invite you to the Voices in the Wind special Christmas presentation. Being held on Wednesday evening, 3 December, we will be performing our annual Concertette at St Barnabas Church in Mana/Plimmerton. Entry fee is by Koha, the concert lasts about 45 minutes, and we share a supper together afterwards.

This year we are featuring John Rutter's Brother Heinrich's Christmas, surrounded by other beautiful music all related to angels, expanding on the story about how the familiar carol In Dulci Jubilo was created (according to legend).

Speed limits around NaeNae

Susan from Naenae

Hi Neighbors, Just a heads up, I have just received a $170 fine for driving at 50km on Rata Street Naenae on a SUNDAY Morning. I wrote to NZTA pointing out and sending in a photo of sign stating that it was 30km on school days between those hours, but they said that the whole of Rata Street and some surrounding streets are 30km 24/7 and have been for over a year. Did I miss this been advised by council? Always good to be informed. Merry Christmas to all
