Beginner's Yoga class
Dear brothers and sisters,
Namaskar. We are going to start yoga and meditation classes, which are scientifically good for health and emotions. The classes will be held on every Wednesday evening 6.30pm to 8.00pm and Sunday morning 8.30am to 10.00am at 51 Sussex St. Grey Lynn, Auckland. Vegan vegetarian cooking class on Sunday 10.30 am to 12.30pm. If you are interested please contact me as Dada in my mobile 022041364 or email me dadashuddha@gmail.com to book the space. Limited space is available.
We are an international social service and charity organization. Classes are free. Koha or donation is appreciated. Those who have already know yoga before, we give advance yoga course also
