Double large private room fully furnished with all common use areas to access through the outside entrance at the back door and front door options.
The property is only one level. It has lovely 3 double and 1 single sized bedrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped. Separate toilet from the bath/shower room. It is sunny warm place and has a heatpump in the lounge. It is located in Miramar/Maupuia and has beautiful walking scenic paths. Current flatmates are working full time. It is a quiet place, flatmates are friendly, social. We are respectful, clean and tidy. We do go out and we stay in. It is 4 minute drive Weta workshops, Miramar shops and close to the airport. Bus stop is outside the house. Plenty connecting buses also available from Miramar. Quiet relaxing neighbourhood. Bills - electricity, internet and power and common use is $30 per week depending on usage.
