Mens Group
We are looking for more members for our mens group. We meet in Otaki every fortnight on a Tueasday at 7pm. We offer support and discuss a range of issues from family of origon issues, current family issues, health, work, problems, even politics occasionally. Currently there are 4 of us but we want more. Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
