They have been there for some time now next to the broken footpath, but nothing is happening, the broken concrete has not moved, and we managed to successfully drive up and down without them for months. In the last week, I have seen someone run the red, and also someone race past the person in front who has stopped as the light turns orange - These lights are going to cause an accident - Anyone know how long they will be there?
