Bank Scam
Hey Guys be careful out there. I have just had a call from no-caller ID declaring that they are from the Westpac Fraud Department. They have flagged two transactions pending from my account that have raised their suspicions because they are not from my normal area or are an activity I haven't been associated with. They said one was a Online gambling site for $500 and the other was from Noel Lemings Pukekohe. She wanted my date of birth details and I said that before I gave this out I wanted to call the bank back. She was really pushing for those details and said that there was a 45 minute wait to call the bank back. I was insistent so she hung up on me.
I rang the bank back 5 minute wait and yes it was a malicious call. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANYONE ANY DETAILS WITHOUT VERIFYING WITH THE BANK YOURSELF.

Poll: Would you want an unconventional funeral?
Funerals can cost as much as $22,000 and the planning can be stressful especially at a time when loved ones are grieving. Some New Zealanders are re-imagining funerals by making their own coffin or having a relaxed ceremony at home. Would you want a less traditional funeral? Share your thoughts below.
