CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU: PROBLEMS WITH NEIGHBOURS
Thank you everyone who came to our seminar on Problems with Neighbours. Your questions really showed how hard these can be, so if your first step of talking to your neighbour is unsuccessful, we can help you with information on Fencing Notices, trees are always a biggie (yes you can cut roots damaging your property but always check with an arborist!), problems that can be presented to the Disputes Tribunal, others that need lawyers and the District Court - ring us or come and see us upstairs in Coastlands or 65 Main Road, Otaki 😊😊😊
