Please do not order any filter or other products from Tru Water NZ or AU - the company operates out of NSW Australia and are accepting orders, taking payment and not fulfilling the order. Emailing them results in BOT automated answers and the phone number on the company website is no longer in use.

Reviews readily available on Trust Pilot.

The link above shows that NSW Fair trading have issued a public warning to avoid using this company.
