Affordable PT

Lidia from Lidia Fraser Fitness Coaching

Hey guys,

Just thought I’d inform you of some coaching services I provide that are more on the affordable side of exercise coching.

👉Firstly, there is a new service I am offering for those who want to establish a solid foundation through PT, but continue their journey more independently. It's a phenomenal option for those who don’t want to commit that much to PT. As I know that some of you don't want to invest too much in your health and fitness, this option would still work to keep you headed on the right track toward your health and fitness goals.

What the option includes:

✔️One 45 minute session, three 15 minute check ins each month & a personalised training program, for only $155.

That way, you get to see a PT for accountability and help each week, with one longer session to go through a new program (provided each week) and the other three to check in regarding your nutrition, technique, program and lifestyle.

It works out roughly only $36 a week compared to the $170 a week which is the investment cost for 2 x 60 minute sessions.

Please note that this option will be available once at least 5 regular PT sessions are completed to allow for sufficient familiarization with technique, exercise protocols, and bond with the PT.

👉The other option is Group PT.

Know someone you want to train with who has similar goals?

Do you want to have more accountability and make your workouts more enjoyable?

Then why not jump onboard with group PT sessions! 🏋🏻‍♀️

✔️ More Affordable
& Enjoyable
✔️ More Commitment & Accountability

Only $59.99 per person (2 on 1), or $49.99 per person (3 on 1) for a 60 minute PT session.

And...even if you don't have someone, express your interest and you could be paired up with someone likeminded!

~

👉 If you have any questions, or are keen to start now, message me now or comment below.

Cheers,

Lidia.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
